Electronic Design and R&D
The electronic design or R&D cycle begins with our engineers who come up with a printed circuit board (PCB) design using CAD programs, to make products that tailor to customers, based on their needs. After the design phase is completed, sample PCBs and the necessary components are ordered to make the first prototypes. When the sample cards have been received, they are populated and the system is slowly brought up for testing. After the initial design has been completed and passed the testing phase successfully, the design is turned over to the customer for final approval. Once the prototype design is approved by the customer, the final phase is the mass production and delivery of the cards.
